'tis the season to create your very own range of festive wooden tree decorations. Made from responsibly sourced Maple veneered MDF, with a length of festive thread in your choice of silver or gold.
Our wooden tree decorations are made from responsibly sourced, fast-growing woods. By sourcing fast-growing woods from ethical suppliers, we are able to provide our customers with quality merchandise, using environmentally friendly materials, whilst actively supporting responsible woodland management schemes.
4mm thick wooden acrylic tree decorations measuring up to 75mm (3 inch). Digitally printed in full colour, and cut to whatever shape you like.
Choose from a matte or gloss finish and add a length of silver or gold coloured festive thread.
Free Artwork Setup
We offer FREE artwork setup for all our products and services.
Simply submit your artwork using the 'Upload Artwork' button or by sending directly to design@zapcreatives.com; along with any instructions that you feel would be beneficial, hole or loop locations for example, and we’ll do the rest.
We'll set up your artwork for free and send you a digital proof. Once you approve your proof, we'll produce your decorations.
Please note that any artwork you submit must be AT LEAST the same size as your decoration size. For best results we recommend 300dpi files.

Use our single quantity option to purchase samples of your designs before committing to a final production run. Once you are satisfied with your samples and you are ready to place a full order, we will provide you with a discount code for 50% of the cost of any samples ordered (excluding postage costs).
You must inform us when placing bulk orders based on previous samples so that we can ensure repeatability.
Please note that discount codes can only be used on final orders based on your sample artwork and will only be valid on orders placed within 30 days of your sample order.
You should expect to produce several prototypes of your designs before commiting to a final production run. Purchasing samples will give you the opportunity to see how your designs will look once they are turned into finished products and will allow you to check for any potential problems with your artwork.
We cannot issue refunds or replacements for any artwork issues where samples were not requested beforehand.
To receive your discount code, simply contact us at info@zapcreatives.com with your sample order number(s) and we will issue you with a unique code for 50% of the cost of any applicable samples received.
Are your woods kind to the environment?
Preserving our planet’s trees, woodlands and forests is imperative, which is why all the wood that we use comes from sustainable, responsibly managed woodlands.
We only ever use fast-growing species of trees like Maple, Cherry and Walnut, as these are the most sustainable. These woods are removed at the rate of their growth, which means that the woodlands from which they originate, will retain their supply and characters indefinitely.
How thick are your woods?
Our veneered MDFs are 4mm thick.
What does each wood look like?
Our Maple wood is the lightest in colour, with a light golden appearance. Our cherry wood is next, with a slight reddish hue.
Maple and Cherry have the lightest grains and smoothest textures.
Our Walnut wood is the darkest of all of the woods and has the heaviest, deepest grain.
Please note that wood is a natural material, which means that the colour, grain, and texture of each sheet will be different from the next. This should be taken into consideration when using any of our woods.
How long is the festive thread?
Each decoration comes with a 20cm length of festive thread in your choice of silver or gold. This will give your decorations a drop length of approx 10cm.
Can you help me set up my tree decoration designs?
Yes! simply submit your artwork using the 'upload artwork' button or email your artwork to info@zapcreatives.com, along with any instructions (hole location, transparencies, etc) and we'll create your charms and send you a digital proof for your approval.
Can my tree decorations have more than one hole or loop?
Our festive tree decorations only allow for one hole or loop.
How many designs can I have per order?
Use the drop down list and choose up to 5 unique designs per order.
How do I send multiple designs using your 'Upload Artwork ' button?
To submit multiple designs via our 'Upload Artwork' button, you will need to group all of your designs into a .zip format folder. to do this simply select all of your designs, right click your mouse and go to > Send To > Compressed zipped folder. You can then upload this folder using the 'Upload Artwork' button.

How long do I have to submit my artwork?
You have up to 2 weeks from the date of your order, to submit your artwork.
Can I place a re-order?
We store your artwork for 6 months, which helps us to provide you with consistent results whenever you need a re-order. Simply quote your previous order number(s) when placing your new order and we'll use the artwork that we have for you on file.

Production times for our custom charm manufacturing service is approximately 10 working days for charms with a matte or gloss finish and approximately 12 working days for charms with a resin or glitter resin finish*
Please add an additional 1 working day to any charms that require construction of jumprings, keychains or phone charms.

I was looking to create a fun little trinket as a Christmas gift for some friends, and the fact Zap had an option specifically for Christmas ornaments made it an easy choice! As always, the process is easy and responses are fast, with shipping being quick, sustainable and safe. Absolutely love how they turned out and the smell is great if you love woodburning! I went for a matte finish for my charms.
