Our custom acrylic phone charms are printed in full colour onto 100% recycled clear acrylic and cut to whatever shape you like.
Choose from single and double-sided printing options, with multiple designs per order; before adding a phone strap style of your choice, an additional charm and even a branded logo tag!
Our clear acrylic phone charms are made from 100% recycled acrylics that were destined for landfill and incineration, making them ideal for creating your own range of guilt-free, Eco-friendly merchandise.
Recycled acrylic (R-MMA) looks and performs as well as standard virgin acrylic (PMMA) whilst being VOC and HFC free and significantly kinder to the environment.
Free Artwork Setup
We offer FREE artwork setup for all our products and services.
Simply submit your artwork using the 'Upload Artwork' button or by sending directly to design@zapcreatives.com; along with any instructions that you feel would be beneficial, hole or loop locations for example, and we’ll do the rest.
We'll set up your artwork for free and send you a digital proof. Once you approve your proof, we'll produce your charms.
Please note that any artwork you submit must be AT LEAST the same size as your requested charm size. For best results we recommend 300dpi files.

Use our single quantity option to purchase samples of your designs before committing to a final production run. Once you are satisfied with your samples and you are ready to place a full order, we will provide you with a discount code for 50% of the cost of any samples ordered (excluding postage costs).
You must inform us when placing bulk orders based on previous samples so that we can ensure repeatability.
Please note that discount codes can only be used on final orders based on your sample artwork and will only be valid on orders placed within 30 days of your sample order.
You should expect to produce several prototypes of your designs before commiting to a final production run. Purchasing samples will give you the opportunity to see how your designs will look once they are turned into finished products and will allow you to check for any potential problems with your artwork.
We cannot issue refunds or replacements for any artwork issues where samples were not requested beforehand.
To receive your discount code, simply contact us at info@zapcreatives.com with your sample order number(s) and we will issue you with a unique code for 50% of the cost of any applicable samples received.
Can you help me set up my charm designs?
Yes! simply submit your artwork using the 'upload artwork' button or email your artwork to info@zapcreatives.com, along with any instructions (hole location, transparencies, etc) and we'll create your charms and send you a digital proof for your approval.
How thick is the acrylic?
Our clear acrylic is 3mm thick.
How is the acrylic Eco friendly?
Our clear, black and white acrylics are made from recycled plastics that had reached the end of their life-cycle and were destined for landfill and incineration.
Recycled acrylic (R-MMA) looks and performs as well as standard virgin acrylic (PMMA) whilst being VOC and HFC free and significantly kinder to the environment.
How many designs can I have per order?
Use the drop down list and choose up to 20 unique designs per order.
How do I send multiple designs using your 'Upload Artwork ' button?
To submit multiple designs via our 'Upload Artwork' button, you will need to group all of your designs into a .zip format folder. to do this simply select all of your designs, right click your mouse and go to > Send To > Compressed zipped folder. You can then upload this folder using the 'Upload Artwork' button.

What size are the phone straps?
Check out the measurements image in the product photographs section.
Will the jump ring colour match my phone strap?
Yes, we use the same plating for your jump rings as we do for your phone strap findings.
What material will my second charm & logo charm be printed onto?
Your second charm and logo charm will be printed onto the same material as your main charm.
How do I submit the artwork for the smaller second charm and logo charm?
Please use separate 25mm charm templates to submit your second charm and logo charm designs.
Which side of my charms will my chosen 'finish' be applied to?
All finishes; gloss, matte, resin and glitter resin will be applied to SIDE B of your clear acrylic charms. Please bear this in mind if you have selected single sided clear acrylic charms, as this means that we will apply your chosen finish to the plain white reverse of your charms.
What are the finishes on the smaller second charms and logo charms?
If you choose a matte finish for your main charm then we will apply a matte finish to your second charm and logo charm. If you choose a gloss, resin or glitter resin finish for your main charm, we will apply a gloss finish to your second charm and logo charm.
Is double sided printing available on the smaller second charm and logo charm?
Yes, to add double sided printing simply populate the Side B layer in our templates with artwork or instruct our artwork team to do this on your behalf.
How long do phone charms take to make?

How long do I have to submit my artwork?
You have up to 2 weeks from the date of your order to submit your artwork.
Can I place a re-order?
We store your artwork for 6 months, which helps us to provide you with consistent results whenever you need a re-order. Simply quote your previous order number(s) when placing your new order and we'll use the artwork that we have for you on file.

How will my items be packaged?
We stopped using single use plastics, including plastic packaging, back in 2020. On occasions where your custom merchandise needs to be individually packaged, to ensure that it's protected in transit, we use fully compostable and recyclable paper bags that are made from FSC accredited, natural and renewable sources.
We looked at eco-friendly biodegradable plastic bags and small countertop style paper bags and found that our choice of paper bag, although still not better than no packaging, was significantly kinder to the environment than biodegradable plastics.
Bioplastics are either compostable OR recyclable, whereas paper is biodegradable AND recyclable, and can be recycled and reused up to 6 or 7 times before the paper fibres can no longer be used for paper production.
Production times for our custom phone charm manufacturing service is approximately 11 working days for charms with a matte or gloss finish and approximately 13 working days for charms with a resin or glitter resin finish*

*The production times listed on our website are based on an average-sized order. For larger orders, orders containing multiple customised products, and bespoke orders with complex design elements, please contact our admin team, for an accurate production time based on your order.
We only recommend our 'Standard' shipping options for non-urgent orders. Although the postal carriers claim to adhere to the delivery times below, we have experienced packages shipped using our 'Standard' services to take up to 12 weeks to arrive.

We now produce an 'Eco' range of acrylic merchandise; manufactured using 100% recycled and recyclable acrylics, that have reached the end of their life-cycle and are destined for landfill or incineration.
Recycled acrylic (R-MMA) looks and performs as well as standard virgin acrylic (PMMA) whilst being completely VOC and HFC free and significantly kinder to the environment.
Our acrylic suppliers are auto-sustainable and power their production facility using waste products from their manufacturing processes.
All our acrylics, both ‘Eco’ and ‘regular’ are collected by our suppliers and recycled into R-MMA. This has eliminated our acrylic waste.
