We offer FREE artwork setup for all our products and services.

Simply submit your artwork using the 'Upload Artwork' button or by sending directly to design@zapcreatives.com; along with any instructions that you feel would be beneficial, hole or loop locations for example, and we’ll do the rest.

We'll set up your artwork for free and send you a digital proof. Once you approve your proof, we'll produce your charms.

Please note that any artwork you submit must be AT LEAST the same size as your requested charm size. For best results we recommend 300dpi files.

Use our single quantity option to purchase samples of your designs before committing to a final production run. Once you are satisfied with your samples and you are ready to place a full order, we will provide you with a discount code for 50% of the cost of any samples ordered (excluding postage costs).

You must inform us when placing bulk orders based on previous samples so that we can ensure repeatability.

Please note that discount codes can only be used on final orders based on your sample artwork and will only be valid on orders placed within 30 days of your sample order.

You should expect to produce several prototypes of your designs before commiting to a final production run. Purchasing samples will give you the opportunity to see how your designs will look once they are turned into finished products and will allow you to check for any potential problems with your artwork.

We cannot issue refunds or replacements for any artwork issues where samples were not requested beforehand.

To receive your discount code, simply contact us at info@zapcreatives.com with your sample order number(s) and we will issue you with a unique code for 50% of the cost of any applicable samples received.

Can you help me set up my charm designs?
Yes! simply submit your artwork using the 'upload artwork' button or email your artwork to info@zapcreatives.com, along with any instructions (hole location, transparencies, etc) and we'll create your charms and send you a digital proof for your approval.

What are double layered acrylic charms?
Unlike our classic clear acrylic charms, which are made from one layer of acrylic, our double layered acrylic charms are made from two layers of 2mm thick acrylic, with the printed element of your charm designs sandwiched between these 2 layers.

This means that the printed element of your charm designs are protected on both sides by acrylic, creating an extremely durable acrylic charm.

How thick is the acrylic?
Our double layered clear acrylic charms are made from 2 layers of 2mm thick acrylic, giving an overall thickness of 4mm.

Can my design be printed right up to the edge of the acrylic?
Yes! Our double layered charms allow your designs to be printed right up to the edge of the clear acrylic. You can still have a border of course. Simply set this up in our design templates or let one of our design team know if you'd like a border or edge-to-edge printing.

How is the acrylic Eco friendly?
Our clear, black and white acrylics are made from recycled plastics that had reached the end of their life-cycle and were destined for landfill and incineration.

Recycled acrylic (R-MMA) looks and performs as well as standard virgin acrylic (PMMA) whilst being VOC and HFC free and significantly kinder to the environment.

Which side of my charms will my chosen 'finish' be applied to?
Resin and glitter resin will be applied to SIDE A of your double layered clear acrylic charms.

Can my charms have more than one hole or loop?
Yes. To create more than 1 hole/loop, simply duplicate the hole/loop layer, position the holes/loops where you would like them, before merging the duplicate hole/loop layers together.

How many designs can I have per order?
Use the drop down list and choose up to 20 unique designs per order.

How do I send multiple designs using your 'Upload Artwork ' button?
To submit multiple designs via our 'Upload Artwork' button, you will need to group all of your designs into a .zip format folder. to do this simply select all of your designs, right click your mouse and go to > Send To > Compressed zipped folder. You can then upload this folder using the 'Upload Artwork' button.

How long do charms take to make?

How long do I have to submit my artwork?
You have up to 2 weeks from the date of your order to submit your artwork.

Can I place a re-order?
We store your artwork for 6 months, which helps us to provide you with consistent results whenever you need a re-order. Simply quote your previous order number(s) when placing your new order and we'll use the artwork that we have for you on file.

Production times for our custom charm manufacturing service is approximately 10 working days for charms with a matte or gloss finish and approximately 12 working days for charms with a resin or glitter resin finish*

Please add an additional 1 working day to any charms that require construction of jumprings, keychains or phone charms.

*The production times listed on our website are based on an average-sized order. For larger orders, orders containing multiple customised products, and bespoke orders with complex design elements, please contact our admin team, for an accurate production time based on your order.

We only recommend our 'Standard' shipping options for non-urgent orders. Although the postal carriers claim to adhere to the delivery times below, we have experienced packages shipped using our 'Standard' services to take up to 12 weeks to arrive.

Recycled Acrylic Merchandise

We now produce an 'Eco' range of acrylic merchandise; manufactured using 100% recycled and recyclable acrylics, that have reached the end of their life-cycle and are destined for landfill or incineration.

Recycled acrylic (R-MMA) looks and performs as well as standard virgin acrylic (PMMA) whilst being completely VOC and HFC free and significantly kinder to the environment.

Our acrylic suppliers are auto-sustainable and power their production facility using waste products from their manufacturing processes.

All our acrylics, both ‘Eco’ and ‘regular’ are collected by our suppliers and recycled into R-MMA. This has eliminated our acrylic waste.
