What thickness does the beam cut at?
The focused beam output of our lasers measure approx 0.3175 mm allowing extremely intricate results to be achieved.

What is the maximum cutting size?
Our cutting bed measures 800 x 400mm

How much does it cost to cut an item?
All of our prices are based on the time that it takes to cut an item so we are unable to provide you with an accurate price until we have recieved a cut ready file from you and ran it through one of our machines. The more complex your item is the more it will cost to make.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes. Our minimum order quantity is £25 plus P+P, VAT and design fees should you require the service.

How should I supply my designs?
If you are submitting your own cut ready files then please make sure that you have followed the instructions in 'Submitting your designs'. If you would like us to design or redraw your items for you then please see 'Design Services' for more information.

What file formats do you accept?
If you are supplying your own designs then please do so in .eps format. If you are supplying an image that you would like us to redraw then any format will suffice!

Will you reproduce this design for me?
If it is your design which you own the intellectual property rights to then yes we will! Please do not send us other peoples designs and ask us to recreate these as it is highly unethical and only causes upset to the parties involved.

What laserable materials do you stock?
We have a wide range of coloured, mirrored and UV reactive (live edge) acrylic available for you to use with our laser cutters or to buy in A5, A4 and A3 Sheets.

Can I supply my own materials?
You are more than welcome to send us your own materials which we will happily cut fro you. Please note that we can not cut any metals, regardless of their thickness or PVC, this includes vinyl records as they give off a highly toxic gas.

How long will my pieces take to arrive?
We operate an extremely quick turnaround of 5 working days from receipt of payment for your items to be cut, packaged and dispatched. We are usually much quicker than this but we do ask our customers to be patient during busy times.

What if i'm not happy with the end result?
We go out of our way to ensure that the quality of our cutting is always at it's highest before dispatching our products. Samples are always available upon request and are highly recommended when ordering a new design.

If there is any type of fault with our cutting or materials then we will happily offer a replacement for the items in question.

Please remember however that custom laser cut jobs are designed and cut on your request so you need to ensure that the colour, size and sample are exactly as you want them before approving the final cut as mistakes cannot be rectified once the cutting is complete.
