...all items should be returned to us using a trackable, recorded service. Postage costs are non refundable unless the items in question are faulty.

Non-refundable items
All of our printing, cutting and other customisable services are completed upon you request and are therefore non-refundable unless there is a fault with our services or the products that we supply to you.

We highly recommend that you ask for a sample of all your work before committing to your final order as mistakes cannot be rectified once work is completed and Zap! Creatives cannot be held accountable for errors with your designs.

How to Cancel
You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 working days of payment. Please note however that this does not apply to any of our laser cutting, acrylic printing, custom stickers or apparel services as these are custom services undertaken at your request.

If you do wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible with your cancellation request. All orders will be cancelled immediately unless they have already been dispatched in which case you will need to return the item to us for a refund.
